Return Policy
Kunden Saree Shoppe is committed to provide you with high-quality sarees and an excellent shopping experience, ensuring full customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our easy return and exchange policy ensures that you have a hassle-free way to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer.
- Customized sarees or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-returnable items: Saris with detached blouse / tassling / Fall-Pico done
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at kundensareeshoppe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Step 3: Pack the saree securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number.
Note: Kunden Saree Shoppe reserves the right to refuse a return if found not valid , in such case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
Note: Shipments returned through any other logistic partner will not be accepted.
4. Processing Your Return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
- In case of a COD (Cash on Delivery) order where the customer pays in cash once the product is received, the amount is refunded via online transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The customer must provide a cancelled cheque along with the returned product in order to initiate the return process. It takes 7-15 working days for the amount to get refunded directly into the customer’s back account.
5. Exchanges
We regret to inform that exchange of products is not possible for the products bought from our website. However, customer can choose to return the product as mentioned earlier.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kundensareeshoppe@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, and we will cover any return shipping costs.
Note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the sari after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and other normal wear and tear.
If you have requested fall and pico, and/or sari tassling/ blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, exchanges/ returns are not permitted.
